I even offered to have them fill it themselves so there was no confusion about soda, and they still pushed back. It shouldn’t be that hard to get a safe cup for a kid. Really frustrating and just an overall unpleasant interaction.

I can say confidently that has changed. Not only dors thr food come out more quickly, but the seating seems to have almost doubled with thr inclusion of all thr outdoor seating. One tip I will give you is, if you order online, your receipt will be yellow instead of white and prominently display your name. If you are ever having trouble understanding if your order has been called, you should be able to easily check the receipt and see your name.
