- YYYasminDec 16, 20251.0I had a very unprofessional experience at this Dunkin’ location in Richfield. My drink was made incorrectly, and I politely asked at the drive-through if it could be remade. Instead of helping, the employee became defensive and told us we would have to pay again. While we were still speaking, she shut the drive-through window on us, forcing us to park and go inside. Inside the store, she argued with us, spoke on my behalf while another employee was trying to help, and told that employee there was nothing wrong with my drink, even though it was not made to my order. She also claimed to be the manager and threatened to call the police, despite us remaining calm and respectful. I was eventually given a refund, but all I wanted was my matcha made correctly. I am a loyal Dunkin’ customer and was very disappointed by how this situation was handled. I have contacted Dunkin’ customer service and hope this matter is addressed.

This particular location does NOT have a display screen showing what you ordered, so I kindly asked the person who took my order (a blonde middle-aged woman) to please repeat the order. She vaguely replied "2 drinks and a sandwich." I kindly asked her to please specify, since there is NO order display screen and I wanted to pay for the correct item. She first ignored and repeatedly and sternly told me the cost. I asked her to please specify the order, and both her and her female co-worker got incredibly rude and started yell "MOVE UP." Due to their rage, I no longer felt safe having them handle my food and drinks and left. PLEASE hold the two female workers who were working at that aforementioned time accountable and please do verify my experience and refer to the drive-thru recording at 4:30 PM CST on 12/12/2025. I would like to feel safe ordering here again and unfortunately, I now feel that I must drive further out due to their rage.
