  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited the Dunkin’ at 6529 Penn Ave S in Richfield on April 28, 2026 around 12:13 p.m., and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a hot drink through the drive-thru, but it was made incorrectly twice. When I tried to politely address the issue, the manager came over and instead of helping resolve it, argued with us for several minutes and even said, “Why are you even complaining?” On top of that, I tried to use a free drink reward that was expiring that same day. I showed it clearly in my app, but both the staff and manager refused to honor it, saying it wasn’t redeemed. This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this location. I’ve been to many Dunkin’ locations and have never been treated this way. The customer service here was unprofessional, dismissive, and frustrating. This location seriously needs better training and accountability. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  Rating my experience a zero should be an option! Absolutely atrocious how you can have people working that don’t know what their drinks are meant to look like. I ordered a blushpop and they had the audacity to give me an orange drink!?? After explaining to them and showing a visual of what the drink it’s meant to be they still accused me of being wrong, mind you I get this drink all the time. This all happened today at 12-10pm. 2 staff one male and a woman telling me to go and that this is the right drink. Dunkin train your employees better.

  Dunkin' Donuts needs to stick to donuts and bakery items. My husband and I were short on time this morning going from church to our niece's hockey game. We both got the $6 Special with Coffee. Let's just say We Shant Do That Again. We didn't finish our breakfast sandwiches (Just Yuck), the hash browns were gross and the coffee . . . . Never Again. I'll go for the donuts only; but we'll never order anything else there ever again.

  Paid for the bacon on the avocado toast, walked home only to find there was no bacon. It was on the receipt. They screw something simple up pretty much every time I go there. Now that more options have moved in I need to remember to never go here again

  Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. We walked in and were immediately told the register wasn’t working and that we needed to go through the drive-thru. I politely asked if we could place the order inside and have my card run through the drive-thru register since we had arrived in separate cars and didn’t want to pile into one. Strangely, the register had no issue working once I asked that, and he took our order anyway. The employee was rude, dismissive, refused a basic request, and even talked about us behind the counter afterward, calling us entitled. The lobby was also very dirty, which didn’t help the experience. Completely unprofessional.
