  Redwood McDonald's makes Willmar's location seem like a festering pool of gore. Food quality is so much better, and the staff are much easier to deal with.

  The food is as expected from a McDs but the service at this location is terrible from my experiences. I dont know why they have a order in advance option for the drive through if theyre not going to prioritize orders.

  Absolutely awful experience! The only thing that was actually not like warm was our nuggets, everything else was either just plain stale or not warm at all. Took 20 plus minutes to get 1 kids meal, one value meal and a stand alone burger. What kind of service is this?! Left so disgusted I left my burger on their counter and told them to do better before leaving it was that disgraceful and I’ve never had to come to that before! DO BETTER!

  Not real attentive while taking order-wake up world, not everyone likes the impersonalness of ordering through a machine!! Id rather just go home hungry. Lids and napkins were out, lneeded attention. Tables needed wiping off, wasn't real clean anywhere. It wasn't very busy and there appeared to be plenty of employees working so not sure why dining area was in disarray.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I go here, the fries are old And stale. And today I went to get breakfast for my child just to be told to pull into a parking spot because they’re waiting for my food And when they come to bring me my food, they asked me if I got an egg McMuffin, which I did not. I got three sausage, sausages, and two hashbrowns. So the guy working goes back in and keeps bringing out orders to everybody else who showed up after me and I’m sitting there for at least 10 minutes for him to come back out and ask what I ordered and I told him and he goes “Yeah I definitely gave that to somebody else.” He goes back in to have them make my order again and then he comes back out for a second time asking what I got. Just to receive cold hash browns and sausage. Beside this almost every time I get food here it sucks, made wrong and/or old food. This place is a joke. I will NOT be returning. I’d rather drive the 40 mins to New Ulms McDonalds.
