I tried to call the store to cancel, per the instructions on the app. Nobody answered. I arrived at the store to be told I couldn't cancel the order, as it was already made. No effort was ever made to fix the issue. I contacted the franchisee and Subway with no response. To compile the issue, both sandwiches were poorly made.
