Ordered two pan pizzas this evening. One with 6 ingredients and one with two ingredients. The crust was horribly undercooked and raw. We cut around the edges and ate the cooked portions, but this is unacceptable. I called to let them know about the uncooked crust and they basically blew me off and told me to order it "well done" next time. First off, who orders a pizza "well done"? You simply assume it will be cooked properly. Second, the "manager" told me the pizzas are passing through a 455 degree oven for seven minutes and if you order lots of toppings the crust can come out undercooked. I thought the excuse they gave me was laughable. Maybe they should just make sure to cook it through no matter how many toppings you order. They never apologized for the undercooked pizza, nor did they offer to make things right. I felt cheated out of my money. There's plenty of pizza joints in Red Wing, so we won't be going to Domino's any longer. Domino's appears to be trying to fail as a business.

My wife ordered us some pizza and bread bites last night and the customer service we experienced was disturbingly disrespectful! My wife over explains things, with her specific instructions for the delivery driver to call us when they pulled up to the house and we would meet them at the door, they had ZERO excuse as to why we had the experience we did last night.. When I called after my wife sat down to eat her pizza, realizing it looks like it's about 2 hours old & the temperature was equivalent to being put into the fridge for about 40-45 minutes.. The store is only 8 minutes away from our home, so that's no reason for the pizza to be that cold.. We were promised a new, fresh pizza and my wife made sure to specify that they needed to CALL US when they pulled up to the house...and the man on the other end said he understood.. After an hour, no call and no knock on the door, we chalked it up to it being too close to closing and my wife would be calling this morning to request a refund due to the dissatisfaction of our food.. and explain how disrespectful and absurd the whole situation was.. But here she goes out front to get the car back in the house, and she steps on a pizza box that's wide open and there's only 4 pieces in the box... This isn't okay, I'm sure the delivery guy didn't put it like that, or actually, they may have. But I'll be giving the benefit of the doubt. But why would she walk out to that? Where was the phone call she requested and reminded them of? Why wasn't there a knock on the door? Why would the delivery person think leaving it on the ground was a good idea? Or that doing such a thing was even remotely sanitary? It's beyond disrespectful and sadly, it was my wife's pizza specifically, mine was great other than the 3 or 4 hairs I found in my garlic bites, my food was good. But now she went to bed hungry cuz her appetite was ruined.. One of will be calling and requesting a full refund for this foolishness and complete disregard for the paying customer. I can provide picture from where the pizza box was left, and witnesses that can attest there was never a knock on the door.. Simple & clear directions can't be followed and I'm expected to be okay with basically throwing money away.
