My husband and I went to Arby on Good Friday, April 3, 2026 at 9pm after just getting off the plane from Minneapolis and we were hungry. First off, the place was not busy, the floors and tables were dirty, the gal at the counter was on her phone, and the rest of the workers were no where to be seen.
My husband ordered snack wraps and I ordered the fish dinner combo. We got our food and both of our not only was cold, but my fish was rubbery like it was zapped in the microwave for a few seconds and the fries were warm at best. My husband went to the counter and asked for a new sandwich for me. They said it would be 5 minutes. We waited 13 minutes and no sandwich. My husband went up to the counter again to check on it and the gal looked at him, went to the cooler, pulled out a piece of fish, and dropped it in the fryer.
When my husband came back to tell me I was done. I went to the counter myself and asked for my back back. The gal went to the manager and I explained to him what happened and he did apologize, but I shared with him that he needs better workers. As I glanced around the workers were on their phones, no working, cleaning or helping customers.
I thought when I worked fast food back in my day, we worked and we worked hard. Not these workers from the night shift at Arby's in Red Wing. The whole lobby needed cleaning, wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping and they were on their phones! That manager should be getting on their case to work.
I will never go to that Arby's again. Bad food, dirty, and lazy people!
