  Completely disgusting food. LUKE WARM chicken burrito supreme. I opened it to add hot sauce and had to LOOK for the chicken… I thought I had accidentally received a bean burrito… then I counted 3 small pieces of chicken! The side of potato pieces with tasteless liquid cheese and sour cream was also LUKE WARM to cold… This is a new storefront. I won’t be back and I can’t be the only one - if this is what and how you serve it up. As a business owner you must be looking for a loss and a tax write off.

  Slowest Taco Bell of all time. Waited 25 minutes in line with only one car ahead of me and they were also out of some of the items I ordered through the app so I didn't even get what I paid for. They need to up the training here.

  Spent $30 for 2 steak grilled cheesy burritos, drinks, and cinnamon balls. Both burritos didn’t even have rice or fiesta strips in them. And last time I went there they dropped the rice so I had to substitute it with potatoes.

  I’ve had two really bad experiences at this Taco Bell which is so disappointing because it’s the one closest to my house. Both times this tall teenager has been so rude and dismissive towards me for even ordering food? I understand being busy and not always being able to give the best service but everytime I come in this individual is so rude. The last time I came in I waited over 30mins for my food and they closed the restaurant while I was waiting in the front. I spoke to a manager who apologized and told me I would get some freebies to make up for it but I went in again was greeted by the same rude tall man and told that conversation never happened…. Even tho he knew the details of my previous bad experience. 0/10 would not recommend if you’d like to be treated with any kindness or even just general human decency.
