- LLLandonApr 23, 20261.0I used the app to order 2 sandwiches for pick up. Got there picked them up and went to work for lunch. Opened them and they were not my subs. They put someone else’s in my bag and I’m sure vise versa. The receipt had my name and the correct order but the sandwiches were wrong. It was a mix up it happens no big deal. The reason they get one star is because you cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the store. Sent in a thing on the subway app but haven’t heard anything now for two days. I would like my money back. It would be nice to get a response back.
