  I don’t remember the last time we were at this location and there was anyone working that knew what was going on. The cashier is always asking someone else what to do and they’re always confused about the rewards program. We came for the toasted sub buy one get one half off deal. We were informed after the fact that one of the sandwiches we ordered (already being made) didn’t qualify for the deal. I’ll admit this was ultimately our fault, but I also expect the shop to be informed on the ongoing promotions. Then, we get home after paying full price to find the sandwich that “didn’t qualify” was made incorrectly and was missing toppings. Always a rough experience here. Sandwich roulette. I’m the idiot that keeps showing up. My suggestion: drive a little further and try a different location.

  Uffda almost waited almost 20 min for a couple sandwiches today. All the pop machines were empty too. Never waited this long at Jimmy John’s. This location used to be so fast!!!

  Ordered a sandwich for delivery & everything was perfect except they forgot the avocado. To my delight I showed up at their place after work to ask AJ & Brody what they could do for me to make it right. They quickly apologized & got me a new sandwich with avocado immediately. I can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile to make it right. I will be back thanks to these two great team members!

  I walked into this place and all I can say is Health Department help me there was food stuck to the walls there was garbage all over the place and the tables look like they've been cleaned in a year Better Business Bureau help their soda has so much syrup underneath it and on it I don't think you could get a drink anyone help this place needs to be shut down
