  Food was cold and stale. Person who served (drive through), did his job well. I hadn't been to Taco Bell in probably 15 yrs and the atrocious food quality is the reason. I guess I'll see you in 15 yrs, Taco Bell, when I want this again.

  started coming here when they opened, started off strong and had good service. After about a week or so they went downhill. Never get my order right (literally, not once). Half fills the nacho fries. The food they do get right is made very sloppily and messy, so it's just annoying to eat. I order a quesadilla every time and they never put the right sauce on it. it's just a random sauce. So, they don't even know what to put on the things you're ordering. Hence, it's never right. Always have a very long wait time just to get something you didn't order but still paid for. Definitely do not recommended, just drive the extra few minutes to go to a different Taco Bell.

  Ive been to location maybe 6 times now and have had excellent service every time. The staff Is very friendly! Keep up the good work! So happy to have a Taco Bell In Ramsey

  So slow!!! And after waiting 15 minutes. Didn’t even get all of the food I ordered. One of my tacos was literally thrown in the bag open 😡

  Went to the counter and waited like 10 mins for someone to take my order, had a coupon so I couldn’t use the kiosk. Once I finally got someone to take my order I got my food and left and it was wrong. All offer they gave me a coupon after they messed up the last time I was there. Staff is poorly trained and have no care or drive to do the job
