  One of the better Caribou Coffee shops I've been to lately. Fast service, drink was perfect, small but cozy seating area.

  Staff is beyond amazing here. They remember their customers and show genuine interest in updates. Such amazing employees 🙂

  Went to coffee with friends here. I showed up 15 min after my friends both of whom had ordered but only one had her drink. She said she was waiting for her drink, she'd ordered before our other friend, but her order had gotten messed up and they said they'd remaked it. We waited 5 minutes and no drink for me or her. I watched 3 people walk in after me, order, get their order and leave. I went up to the counter with my friend and we asked about her drink and mine. They never made mine but it was off their list of drinks to prepare... don't know how that happens. They said they would remake it and my friend's as well. It took another 5 for both of us to get our drinks. Was not pleased, but the beverages were finally made and one of the nice young men gave us coupons for free drinks as an apology for the mix up. And that went a long way... until the following week. When we came back to the same location and they told me and my friend our coupons were expired. I pointed out that we'd just been given them as an apology for a service mix-up, their exact words were "sorry, don't know what to tell you." Will not be back.
