The customer service is beyond terrible, when you attempt to try to speak to management, they will LITERALLY HANG UP ON YOU & LAUGH ABOUT IT. Also, they can’t take orders correctly, via the drive-thru or in person. I also want to add, they literally lie about their names when you do try to complain. I had to call the Hanson Blvd/Gateway Drive location which is WONDERFUL to speak to a manager. I will literally drive the extra miles to that location to get my coffee moving forward. Do better with your staff, and “management” and I’d suggest in your training process, you add a lesson of professionalism. I’d like to also had I spend, substantial amount of money at Caribou.
