  Compared to the CR Chipotle, this location is amazing :) (ik, that doesnt say very much) I see the potential for this location though! Since the majority of the staff is brand new, they're still learning - which is completely fair. They don't have the speed down, but not having backups means that when you get your food, its fresh - even if you had a wait a few extra minutes ;) Unlike the other locations I've been to, the staff were sweet, appologetic for the wait, and didn't seem like they dreaded being there.

  Visited on April 18 at around 1:15 P.M. and can I was truly disappointed in the food and the service. They did not have white rice and a majority of the food bins were empty. Employee ringing us out had an attitude for some reason. Manager thought it was more important to help ring up an employees meal than to help with the long line of customers. Got home and our steak and chicken were ice cold. Overall not impressed with the Ramsey Chipotle.

  Went on opening day and wow…bathrooms- dirty, eating area- dirty, soda machine area- dirty and the worst was the food line…it needed a good wipe down as there was food co mingled, sour cream slopped everywhere and talk about the music…I couldn’t even hear myself think it was so loud. I figured I’d give a pass because it was opening day. However, went back several days later- same thing. Except this time add to that list- total skimp on EVERYTHING that went into my bowl. How incredibly disappointing.

  Went there today at 430. Lots of employees but only 2 to 3 working. Order a bowl they didn't have brown rice, fajitas veggie, or corn salad. Maybe if the other 4 employees were working they might have had them. Need a lot more training and leadership skills. Than you get a public message like the one below like they care. You explain the situation and say sorry but your next visit will be better. Horrible company and they need to do better. Britos tacos is a way better place. Spend your time and money there.

  For the price of what you’re getting it’s not great. Went for the opening had a piece of plastic in my food. I’m sure that they gotta smooth out the roughness starting out. Chips bag was pretty empty. Other than the lacking of chips and plastic piece in the food flavor was good and everyone one friendly. Will give it another shot a few months down the line. Edit: crazy how I sent feedback - I didn’t even ask for compensation but if you reply outside of an unspecified window good luck getting your money back! Don’t bother following the links when they respond to comments you’re on your own! Lowered review from a charitable 3 stars giving benefits of the doubt to 1 star. Chipotle has a brand has gone under.
