Pulled up to the window to pay and pickup order and noticed that 3 workers were mopping a large amount of dirty water around on the floor intentionally into each other and goofing around. After the first 2 blizzards were made one of rhe girls dropped the funnel that is used to make the blizzard onto the floor into the big puddle of dirty water they were mopping. Another girl picked it up and handed it to another named Sophia. Sophia proceeded to put that piece directly back onto the machine without washing it off after falling into dirty floor water and proceeded to make the last blizzard. After witnessing that, we informed the girl at the window we no longer wanted anything.

We got the ice creams and both beverages, but when we got home we were missing most of the kids meal. I tried to call the store, but all the phone did was ring and no one picked up. I'm very unhappy about this as we can't resolve our problem if we don't have any employees to interact with.

My kids left in tears. I forgot that the service is terribly slow here. Remember for next time so we can go somewhere else.
