- CACunt AssqueenDec 5, 20251.0I ordered 2 sandwiches, one footlong and one kids turkey. right off the bat i could tell that the male employee Landon didnt know what he was doing, the slicing of the bread was horrendous and the wrap job was even worse (will get to that later). the footlong was supposed to be a meal and then the kids meal is the meal in itself; He must've not known how to work the register either because i was overcharged by him ringing up the kids meal as a 6" meal, and he rang my footlong up alone and charged me for the apple sauce and juice separately (which are supposed to be included in the kids meal.) I would've asked for a partial refund for the mistakes but i just left, as I was already in there for 15 minutes with one person in front of me who ordered one sandwich. 5 minutes later I arrive home and remove the footlong from the bag, any explanations for half the sandwich raw dogging the bottom of the bag because he cant wrap?? also didn't subway used to have stickers to hold the paper shut? not anymore i suppose.

I put in my order several hours early, recognizing that I was picking up a SINGLE sandwich half an hour before they closed- my husband grabbed it on his way home from work. I had put 'less' instead of having the tomatoes removed completely but the sandwich was covered in them, ruining it. I also paid for extra meat, which was not on the sandwich. It was crumpled and smashed while poorly made.. we don't eat out often because of how expensive it is, so it's SO disappointing to actually spend money on the food just for it to be so under par (especially disappointed since I had tipped as well). Please do better for the other people that come into your store because we will not be ordering from here again.
