- MPMichael Peterson4 days ago1.0Last time I ordered they messed up my order called the shop and they gave me a free pizza that was great but when I went to redeem it I was stuck with the automated crap and spent exactly 16minutes and 33 seconds listening to the automated stuff before I got to speak with the phone person who then had to transfer me to in house person to actually take my order and this has been a total of almost 24 minutes just to redeem my free pizza from the screw up last time which honestly I think is ridiculous . This will greatly affect my future interaction with dominos and this is a regular chain we order from at least on a biweekly basis

By 2:30 still no pizza. Called to see what was going on and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I ended up having to leave the party to go pick up the pizzas at 2:45. When I got there the manager was very off putting and never even tried to rectify the situation. All I got was I'm the only driver right now. I could not believe the horrible customer service from them, not even an apology. I will not be going back.
