I'm not even that big. and she already assumed I wanted an extra large AND a sandwich. I told her no. My lemonade was good but literally never coming here again. One star.

Everytime I've gone here in the last 2 weeks, all the employees look miserable and just seem to get yelled at by a new manager who just stands there doing nothing. My drinks lately have been way to strong with added espresso I didn't ask for and they just taste different. The new script that the employees are having to say, is starting to get very annoying "can I complete your order" after everything I say is ridiculous, just wait till I say that I am done...AND why are they having to ask me if I want an XL large when I said I wanted a medium.
