    This location has gone downhill significantly. Having been a patron of this particular location for years I am severely disappointed in the experience that I had today. I went through the drive-thru today I ordered 2 3piece chicken strip meals and a child’s meal. We got to the window was charged- not given a receipt, and told to pull up to wait for 5 minutes. No worries there I get having to drop food in the fryers and being understaffed. After waiting about 10 minutes an employee came out with our food. We told them that we had not received our drinks yet, the employee went back in to get the drinks. After a few minutes different employee came out with 2 of 3 of our drinks. We told them what was missing and after 2 minutes of going back and forth trying to tell the employee that we just needed the milk for the child’s meal, they went back inside. We sat longer waiting for the milk and noticed the drive-thru was getting busy so I started to head into the store and the first employee came out asking what I needed. I explained again that I was missing the milk for my child’s meal. She told me to come on into the store where I waited another few minutes before an employee acknowledged me. I explained yet again that I just needed the milk for my kids meal and that I’ve been waiting over 10 minutes at this point for it. This store is severely disorganized and it’s sad to see it has reached such a state. I will likely not be visiting this location again as the store is understaffed, disorganized and obviously struggling.

    Abysmal service and quality at this location. They were clearly short staffed, I'll give them that. There seemed to be a flood in the kitchen area. The person next to me got the wrong order, and my order was missing a few items and was badly thrown in the bag. The workers there seemed miserable, so this was an all in all depressing experience. Avoid this location the best you can.

    I’m not sure if these employees just don’t understand how to work in a restaurant or if they are just cognitively slow and can’t speak basic English. There is only ONE worker you can rely on to get your order correct, Hazma. He has amazing work ethic but nobody else does. They only get my order right if it’s from THE APP. If I order a burger extra ONIONS and NO PICKLE, they will do the EXACT OPPOSITE!!! I’ll have to order a regular sandwich and add the modifications MYSELF!! That’s not what you want in fast food. Unreliable and dysfunctional employees who are beyond rude and dismissive. Stop hitting your juul with your airpods in and do your job!! Terrible service at the window with 0 care whatsoever! I get it, nobody likes to work but COME ON!! Assembling a cheese burger is NOT that hard, and that’s coming from someone with experience in an ACTUAL restaurant. Gotta be the single WORST Wendy’s in the STATE! How embarrassing🙂‍↕️

    Ordered our meals inside to go, watched our food sitting on the tray getting cold while they served the drive through customers, the sour cream and chive potato had no sour cream. They charged me for a small chili as I ordered but they didn't give me any, asked for a refund but they ignored that request. couldn't wait to get out of there since the service was so lousy.
