Initially the manager did not want to give a refund but again after a 10-minute conversation, she understood that I didn't actually order one of the meals and I was refunded. They mentioned not being able to refund me due to the cameras watching in the restaurant which seemed very strange. While I was ultimately refunded it was very difficult to manage with my family there as well. Unfortunately even after that the food took quite some time and was okay but not hot. Haven't had this problem at a Wendy's in the past. Hopefully it was just a bad day/not the normal.
