    The managers were highly visible, warm and friendly, and provided 10/10 customer service. I would go out of my way to go to this Panera for the warm welcome I received alone! Food was great. Atmosphere was the game changer. Free parking.

    There are specials every day. The soups are very tasty. There is an excellent selection of hot and cold beverages like many varieties of teas. The booths are very comfortable.

    Visited this Panera Bread location on Friday, 11/14/25, at 5:45 pm, and after waiting 15 mins for service, I left. You could hear people talking in the back, but no one was working the counter. The pastry counter was empty except for a couple of trays with crumbles on them. I double checked their hours on the door, and it said they were open till 9 pm. Sad experience...remember when Panera was always busy, with displays full of great pastries, and staff ready to take your order. Not anymore and not this location. If you have TIME TO KILL, this may be your location of choice.
