  I ordered a Club Lulu sandwich for take-out and brought it home and started eating it and the bread was so hard it was almost inedible. Worst sandwich i have ever had from anywhere. I was so disappointed I called the store and spoke to someone about my experience. He said I could come in and get a new sandwich but I was in for the night so he said I could have a credit on my account for a free sandwich. I agreed and said how can I be sure there is a free sandwich there and he said "oh it will be there". I went back this Friday to get a new sandwich, ordered it and they made it while I was ordering but went to check out and Surprise No credit for a sandwich. I explained the story but the girl behind the counter would not give me the replacement sandwich that was promised. I walked out and will not go back. Horrible customer service

  Jimmy John's is one of the best restaurant, they make good breads and different choice of mixed value. I love those!!!!😍😍😍😍
