  I was in here to pick up on order and was told 30 minute wait with 4 people working in the store! We watched 10, Yes I said 10 customers walk out and or cancel their order because the folks behind the counter were working at a snails Pace! This is unbelievable! 10 customers at maybe $20.00 per order is $200.00 lost! The guy told people to go to the campus location if they want Jimmy Johns! 😡

  Every time I order for delivery, I regret it. Be sure to order your food a couple hours in advance and make sure you got everything…. I cancelled my last order after waiting 2 hours for delivery

  Live nearby, was once a loyal JJ fan. So many sandwiches with basically one slice of meat. Order extra meat, still one slice. Complain to Corporate...no change. With Jersey Mike and Pot Belly nearby, save your money and go to places that actually put meat on the sandwich. No idea what changed with JJ, but the reduction in meat for the cost is intolerable.

  I have ordered from this location many times and almost every time it takes over a hour sometimes close to 2 hours to get my delivery. I live less than a mile away. When I call to check in my order, the workers seem annoyed I’m calling. I understand being busy so I try to be patient but there should be communication if it’s going to take that long. Especially with a slogan of “freaky fast delivery” 🙄 after waiting over 1.5 hours today for delivery and my sandwich to come wrong, I’m done ordering from here.
