    I have ordered from this location many times and almost every time it takes over a hour sometimes close to 2 hours to get my delivery. I live less than a mile away. When I call to check in my order, the workers seem annoyed I’m calling. I understand being busy so I try to be patient but there should be communication if it’s going to take that long. Especially with a slogan of “freaky fast delivery” 🙄 after waiting over 1.5 hours today for delivery and my sandwich to come wrong, I’m done ordering from here.

    Bad service, no hi and thank you from a guy who took our order but a frown face when I came today 9/28 around 7pm Sunday in this location. I usually give a big tip but at this time no tip and will never comeback to this location. I intentionally put a date and time so the management will know who I am talking to and will be aware to educate this male person with good customer service.
