  Went there today after a long work day, the person who checked me out was the absolute sweetest. I got my order and had to immediately drive off. I noticed that he gave me bagel bites instead of a plain on plain bagel. No worries- I can work with that. However, I then noticed my drink was nearly full of ice! I know inflation hitting all of us but paying for a medium matcha and getting 6 sips out of it was not on my radar for today.

  They rushed my order and handing out things, I specifically asked for light ice on my drink - it’s the opposite. I wanted to ask for a straw and the lady just handed quickly my donuts and said bye. What I don’t understand is that I was the only one at the drive thru.

  I am writing to formally document and escalate a repeated and ongoing issue at one of your Dunkin locations. I have visited this store six times within the last month, and the experience has been consistently unacceptable. At this point, this is no longer a service issue, it is a business practice issue. Most recently, I ordered a large iced latte with light ice and received a beverage that was approximately half full. When I questioned the fill level, I was explicitly told by the employee that the liquid volume is the same for all sizes and that additional ice is used in larger cups to make the drink appear fuller. When light ice is requested, that additional ice is removed, resulting in a visibly underfilled cup. That explanation is deeply concerning. If accurate, it means consumers are being charged different prices for different sizes while receiving the same amount of actual beverage, with ice being used to create the perception of added value. If inaccurate, it reflects either improper training or a direct misrepresentation to customers at the store level. Either scenario is unacceptable. Requesting light ice should reduce ice content, not reduce beverage volume to the point where a cup is visibly underfilled. A reasonable consumer expectation is that a larger size delivers more finished beverage, not simply more empty space. At this point, I am formally notifying you that I am prepared to move forward with legal action related to misleading practices, consumer misconceptions, and charging customers based on cup size while delivering product volume that does not align with what is being advertised or implied at the point of sale. Similar practices have already placed other major coffee brands under scrutiny, and this issue appears no different. I am requesting written clarification on the following: • Standard finished beverage volume for iced lattes by size • How light ice requests are intended to be handled • Whether beverage volume is intended to differ by size or remain constant I have receipts and documentation to support these claims. Unless this matter is addressed promptly and transparently, I will pursue this further and explore next steps, including broader consumer action. I expect a written response outlining your position and how this issue will be corrected.

  Dunking has some of the best donuts... except during seasonal times. Hopefully yall stop putting those nasty hard crunchy sprinkles on the donuts for the 4th of July and Christmas. Can't tell you how much it kills the joy of the donut. My 6 year old nephew who's obsessed with these donuts couldn't even chew they were so hard. Ended up throwing away 4 of the 6 donuts.
