  We have been getting takeout pizza from this place for years. Lately, it has not been good. Barely any toppings ordered. When I am paying extra for the toppings I expect them to add decent amount of it. I am not looking for cheese pizza slices when I order meat and / or veggie toppings. Going forward, I will be ordering from another location.

  They pretend to use technology to improve the service experience. They fail. Twice when the app says the pizza is ready for pick up they still have to make the pizza. I end up sitting and waiting 20 to 30 minutes after already waiting 20 to 30 minutes. Buy else where!

  Someone in this branch decided to use my card on file and charge my card. I called to complain. And to get assistance. No one seemed To know how the charge happened as well As not “being able to view any charges” which I found odd. I spoke with the General Manager who gave me two different names to identify (him/her) did not have a name tag, could not supply me with a business card to verify that (he) was the general manager. Also note that he was handling food with no gloves, also had white substance hanging from beard and no beard net. This guy was absolutely rude, and unprofessional. Instead of offering customer satisfaction to a loyal customer (he) implied that I made up the charge and it’s not believable. (Even though I showed him the bank statement with the charge , including the date, time, branch location and what last 4 of card number was. along with many other orders I have placed. (Just as history due to him not believing me when I said I order frequently) he made several accusations, as if I was a criminal. It was clear my race made him aggressive with me. I was not Looking for money back but to fugue out who charged the card and making Sure the fraud activity doesn’t happen Again. I requested two pizzas and another item To equal the amount I was charged. He denied my request and demanded I call my bank.. as it seemed “sketchy “ with all the proof I provided still no help. I then demanded his regionals number he ended up calling the police and making Jokes. I will be contacting corporate, Filing a dispute, and seeking legal action regarding employees using my card.

  One star because I can't put zero but for starters my pizza was rushed. It's saucy no meat. cheese not melted and cold. I ordered boneless chicken with no sauce. I got bone in chicken with no sauce and on top of that the chicken wasn't even cooked all the way. A waste of $48 plus a tip and donation.
