While the location and setup are very inviting, I have visited 5–6 times over the past few months and have unfortunately had consistently poor experiences from ordering to delivery. Specifically, the Brownie Cupfection has never met expectations. On several occasions, the brownie was frozen and impossible to eat. Additionally, we have received raw fries multiple times. Overall, the quality of the food has not matched the standard I expect from Dairy Queen.
