On my most recent visit, I was really impressed by the staff, especially Jennel and Abby. Abby took my order with a friendly attitude and great customer service, and when my drink was ready, Jennel had already set out my coffee, half and half, and even a cup of filtered water with no ice — exactly how I like it. It was such a thoughtful gesture and shows the kind of attention and care this team brings to their work. Janelle and Abby are a testament to the quality of staff at this Caribou location.
