I lost my money and got no food. To make it worse, no one called to tell me my order was cancelled. They wasted my time driving out there, and now I have to call customer service to get a refund. They should have called me or just fulfilled the order I paid for. Let's be clear: there was no glitch. I received an email confirmation and an order number. They knew who I was when I gave my name, but they simply refused to notify me, speak to me, or give me the food I paid for. This is terrible customer service and bad management. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

We have used them at the buffalo wild wings in crystal with 0 issue in the past. Infact we have used them at almost every place that is listed with no issue. It seems training is needed at this bww. The atmosphere was terrible with two employees hanging out, outside the door. We will never go to this one again.
