This used to be one of my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings locations, but after today, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The customer service was lacking, and our server was very unwelcoming. It was disappointing compared to my past visits

One of the best restaurants to get French fries, pretzels, burgers, and other things the offer! Will definitely go here anytime with a friend and i recommend this place a lot!! And there’s barely any waits for tables!!

Hightop in bar Saturday night. Excellent service. Like, I don’t think I could get the beer sooner if I went behind the bar and poured it myself.
A few crafty beer specials on a Saturday at 7:30? Nice!!!
Food was great and no wait there either. Very fair price.
Generally a bit reluctant going out these days due to risk of poor service and overpriced food for what you get. BDubs was the opposite. 5 Stars. Will be back.

I placed a pickup order and paid for my food. When I got there, they told me it was a "glitch" and the manager wouldn't even come out to speak with me. I lost my money and got no food. To make it worse, no one called to tell me my order was cancelled.
They wasted my time driving out there, and now I have to call customer service to get a refund. They should have called me or just fulfilled the order I paid for. Let's be clear: there was no glitch. I received an email confirmation and an order number. They knew who I was when I gave my name, but they simply refused to notify me, speak to me, or give me the food I paid for.
This is terrible customer service and bad management. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.
