Not the experience we were wanting.

I was met with crickets. I last went to this location on August 17 and I have stopped because of the lack of care for sandwich presentation. Attached are photos from when I got the sandwich. The bagel I received was messy and because it wasn’t cut in half, the fillings were spilled into the wrapping, including the cream cheese was on the outside of the bagel. It was also falling out of the sandwich when I was eating it. This sandwich costs 10 dollars- I want to eat the whole sandwich not just part of it. I’ve never been to a bagel shop that doesn’t cut their sandwiches. The service here is also inconsistent. Please Fix the issue with your “new gm” that has brought in these new standards that are crazy. The food tastes good and would meet a 3-4 star rating overall but lack of professionalism by brueggers gm and corporate team puts this at a 1z
