  Check your food before driving off! They got a customization wrong, forgot an item, and were unable to fulfill an item ordered via mobile. I can forgive one or two but that’s three strikes for me.

  Bad services for the manager in Plymouth 10205 he not is empathy with the custormer and not listen not try to help the customer. I bough a combo and two sándwich and got reward for other sándwich when my son mirror asked for its the manager said that there not have promotion the free sándwiches my son showto the manager the test he got in his phone and the manager said not is true that maybe is a spam my son feel terrible and feel that the manager tried he bad foe be hispanic or what ? Not is fair and good way for try person. The customer are the part more important in the business and remmber all are the same at the God eyes. Remember the job of the manager and the business is make feel customer and try to resolver the issue not make feel bad a customer and kid less. You can keep the reward and my money. Good luck.. Sorry for my bad english.

  It's Arby's. Straightforward. Curly fries are always a must. Getting expensive for just a roast beef sandwich though... this location has always been good, welcoming and timely.
