I waited in the drive thru line for 32 minutes for food I ordered through the app. And it was barely like warm and had the wrong sauces. I spoke to the shift lead, Tim, and he was so unbelievably rude and was raising his voice at me telling me there’s absolutely nothing he would do for me regarding my wait time in the drive through. I just had to leave, terrible customer service and terrible product. The young girl who brought me my food was very nice, I will give them that

Hands down the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Literally every time I come here it’s a minimum of 15-17 mins to get your food.

I waited in line for about 15 minutes and I ordered a 4 piece nugget. After I got my food I opened the bag and they only gave me the sauce for my nuggets but no nuggets.

25 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. Both were cold and old. If you’re going to give old food that’s clearly been sitting out for hours, at least be quick. Not a single person in the lobby or drive through in front of me. Will never go back.

The quality has gone down and wait times have gone up. The people working there are always kind, they are just very short staffed. I guess nobody wants to work here and upper management has failed to remedy whatever issues they are having. Over the summer, things just got worse, and after my last visit waiting 40 minutes in the drive through, (way up from the usual 15-20min wait) I decided not to go back to this McDonald's. You can click that little link they post to give your feedback, but you won't hear back from them, and it sure seems like our feedback is at the bottom of their priority list. You are much better off ordering take out at any of the local places.
