Same as any other DQ. Have to come here, almost an hour away, because Bemidji doesn't have a DQ that stays open during the Winter. I didn't like my interaction here today, which isn't normal. I had to wait for anyone to notice there was a customer waiting. Someone came, then it took quite a while to give my order because she kept on talking to other workers. Apparently a new worker had made a mistake. Ok, that happens. But don't deal with it in front of customers. Don't ignore the customer to talk to other customers. I'm assuming this person was a manager as she kept giving orders. She should have known better, even if she was frazzled. Then she told someone else to make my Blizzard, which they did, and handed it to her to take the credit for it. Again, not OK. You didn't make it. I've never had to wait so long to order and receive my order in an empty restaurant. I feel sorry for the worker who made a mistake. Just wanted everyone to know this manager made several. I'm a former manager of a store so I know how managers should conduct business.

Very disappointed in the experience i had at this DQ. I arrived 5 mins early for my order and was fine waiting a little bit longer. I just let one of the employees know i was here and sat down at a table. Ended up waiting 20mins for my order, no one else was in restaurant and didn't seem like drive thur was busy as it was late in the evening. All 4 or 5 employees up front were very uncoordinated and had very poor communication between them about orders. Most of them just stood & stared at you or was being super loud talking to each other about personal stuff. Not paying attention much to any customers. None of them checked in with me, asked if i needed anything. When i got my order the food ended up being cold, mushy and stale, the slush was mostly melted and I found out that my blizzard had been made but one of the employees threw it away for no reason and it had to be remade. Just overall very unprofessional and poor service. Don't recommend going to this DQ
