  Horrible place to dine at and fries are cold employees are so rude.and gross tables are never clean I used to work at a fast food restaurant I never did that what a embarrassment not going there agin won’t mind if they would close there doors rather make my own burgers then eat at that dump

  Exceptionally overjoyed and exhilarated, was I, after getting served and eating this McDonald’s in Owatonna, Minnesota. With easy access from the main road and more than ample parking, I entered into this iconic restaurant and was greeted immediately by the smiling and emphatic staff. I looked at the order menu which was placed above on the wall with easy instruction to choose the proper meal. I was helped by one of the better employees I’ve ever encountered, which was the incomparable and soothing, Alex, who with her warm personality helped me graciously and professionally to chose the proper food to dine on at this terrific establishment. After paying, I found a table and the area to be spotless throughout this wonderful McDonald’s food place. Within minutes, a coworker of Alex brought out the food order, all set in a perfect order, with drinks, extra straws and napkins, organized in an excellent arrangement. I ate the food, which was at perfect temperature and enjoyed the light music playing in the background. Before finishing, Alex came by to ask how our food was and our day was progressing, thus her kindness and generosity a plus to the over the top experience. Thanks again for a great meal at McDonald’s.
