If u really want dunkins don't go to Owatonna u might end up with the wrong drink and or saliva in your drink I was warned not to go to that dunkin and they were right I watched as she licked her fingers then put her fingers in the cup to read what the order was then she put it down ck another one then the other chick would grab the same cup put her fingers in the cups to flip it to the side to read the order this repeated several orders by the time I got mine they gave me my order BUT IT WAS decaff that I Never asked for DECAFF but that wasnt the worst of it disgusting salivating in everyones drink id say. If you went around the time I did I guarantee you got saliva in your drink. Maybe they should have to wear gloves between drinks and only touch the side of the cups and not be putting their fingers in the cups 🤢🤮

I am leaving this review in the hope that management is aware of how customers are being treated. Our office was being treated to coffee, so several of us added to a group order. Before coming in, we attempted to call ahead and were told to use the app instead. When the app did not work, we came in to place the order in person. The moment the employee realized it was a group order of 13 drinks, his attitude changed. He was short, dismissive, and clearly irritated that we were placing the order. He told us we needed to call ahead next time, even though that is exactly what we had attempted to do. To be clear, we fully understand that larger orders take time. We had no problem waiting and were in no rush. We were polite, patient, and would have happily waited if other customers needed to be served as well. The issue was not the wait, it was the way we were treated for placing a completely reasonable order. While preparing the drinks, the employee repeatedly told incoming customers that he could not take their orders for 20 minutes, making it seem as though our order was an unreasonable burden. A 13-drink order is comparable to a few families walking in at the same time, yet it was handled as if we had caused a problem simply by ordering. After leaving, we discovered we had only been given 12 drinks. When we returned for the missing one, the guy that took our order appeared annoyed that it needed to be made. Our group spent over $80, and at no point did it feel like our business was appreciated. We remained respectful throughout the interaction despite the attitude we received. No business we have ordered from has ever treated a simple office order as though it were an inconvenience. Management may want to address how situations like this are handled. Customer service does not require anything extraordinary, but basic professionalism and courtesy should be the standard. Experiences like this are exactly what cause customers to take their business elsewhere.

Listen, I have a coffee shop in my workplace, a proper cafe. I still stop off here everyday on my way to work. Sophia once helped me out when I was a real low point, she couldn't gave known how much the small favor meant and it made me a loyal patron. Sam is always always sweet and kind. The drinks are quite good, I always order agead on the app 10 minutes before I know I'll be there and ive never had to wait more than a few minutes when I roll through. These guys are the best xoxo Kat
