  Very poor experience here. The service was worse than the wings. Whoever the manager is must not care about this establishment anymore. It shows though your employees lack of effort.

  My server Mackenzie tonight was amazing. She brought our food very fast, she was also very sweet, and made sure everything was perfect with our meals and drinks. Definitely will be going back!!

  Did the bogo on Thursday night, Ordered 15 and 15. Got 12 and 10. Every time we have Ordered take out it has been wrong. I have called each time and am reimbursed $8. My issue is they should be double checking orders before sending them with customers. My fault for not checking either. Never had an issue if we eat in.

  This is NOT what I ordered off of Door Dash. As you can see, the first picture is my “burger”, the second slide is what I modified my burger (no mayo, no mustard, and selected cheddar cheese) the third picture is what I got, two beef patties, cheese, and that’s it. I was expecting a burger with buns, lettuce, tomato, pickles. I called the store and a lady said I ordered what I got but you can clearly see what I intended to order through the app. Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed. Currently trying to find a way to refund because this is unacceptable. It also looks like someone put two of their fingers in the pattie. I also didn’t order the sides of mayo and cheese??

  Food was great and service from little Shelby was excellent but when one of the managers I’m assuming came and dropped off our food, they came with 6 all flats instead of all drums which is what I ordered. I politely said that I ordered all drums and the lady (older lady with salt/pepper hair) didn’t even look and me or apologize and took the wings back and walked off as if it were MY fault that I got the wrong wings. That’s incredibly rude and unprofessional.. she could really be the downfall of that place with that stank attitude. But anyway, I was honestly expecting to wait another 10-12 minutes for fresh ones but 3 minutes later they came back with my correct order to my surprise!
