- LCLaura Curry2 days ago1.0They only have one person working most days and you sit in the drive thru for about 15 minutes... its never a quick trip going to get coffee at this caribou. Need more employees thats for sure. They dont have alot of good food on stock either.

I will go here again as a last resort and will never tip again. Wish I could get that back they don't deserve it.
- JGJulia GerardDec 30, 20251.0Got 2 Iced turtle white mochas. There is the one employee who makes them wrong because she has done it before. She does the white chocolate, then the espresso. Then put way too much milk in so she can only get a tiny bit of ice in it and drizzle caramel on top of it. I’ve never worked at Caribou before, but I know my drink is supposed to be made with the caramel and the white chocolate mixed into the espresso before the milk. I go in standing there, looking stupid with two drinks in my hands and nobody is coming to help me. I decide to throw the drinks in the trash and left and went to the Caribou in Elk River Where they made the drinks correctly and taste good.
