- NRNicole RemusApr 21, 20261.0It’s really hard to mess up a cold press with light cream, but somehow this place manages to on multiple occasions. I ask for light cream in the cold press, and I basically get an iced half and half with a splash of coffee. After the 3rd time this happened, I just have to be done with this location. Plus, as many others have mentioned, it’s extremely slow.

Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing from start to finish. There was only one car ahead of me in the drive-thru, but it took about 15 minutes for them to order and receive a single drink. I was able to place my order quickly, but still had to wait another 5 minutes just to get my one coffee. I’ve experienced much faster service at other locations. The bigger issue, though, was the drink itself. I ordered a hot crafted press, but what I received was nowhere close. It tasted so bad that I had to throw it away, and I’m not a picky coffee drinker. I reached out to support for a refund and was only offered a free drink that expires in 14 days. Since I don’t plan on returning anytime soon, that doesn’t really make up for the $7 I spent (including tip). Overall, a frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning to this location or any Caribou anytime soon.
- LCLaura CurryMar 7, 20261.0They only have one person working most days and you sit in the drive thru for about 15 minutes... its never a quick trip going to get coffee at this caribou. Need more employees thats for sure. They dont have alot of good food on stock either.
