  My food was taken out of the garbage and handed to me. Ordered online 30min to close. Got there a solid 10min b4 close as I'm on my break at work. Walk in the door and they had just thrown a bag of food away well before close. Turns out it was my food and they proceed to pull the bag out of the garbage and hand it to me. No apologies, no offer for anything.

  They made my sandwich with no meat. I was on the way to the hospital to take my father to radiation therapy, sitting in the waiting room, and there's no meat in the sandwich.

  This Jimmy John’s is an actual joke and should just be closed down. Not only are the hours terrible but they close before their posted hours and then try to blame it on you for ordering 20 mins before closing as you should have known they might be short handed.
