  I hired Angel and Dan to cater my Mother's celebration of life. From the very first encounter with Angel on the phone throughout the whole thing, including speaking with both Dan and Angel on the phone numerous times, I cannot express how pleased I am. They were both a complete pleasure to speak with on the phone. The food, also, was the most amazing dishes I've ever had. Highly recommending both the Scalloped potatoes and ham, and the wild rice hotdish! They both knocked it out of the park! I highly recommend them, hands down! They deserve higher than a 5 star rating! Thank you both!

  I used Dans catering for my wedding, I talked with Dan & Angel after a taste testing and I was sold. They went above and beyond to make sure everything we asked for was there and everything was absolutely delicious! They worked with us to stay in budget and it was everything we hoped for and more. I have also eaten at their food stands during community events and business dinners! It is wonderful to have them in our small but mighty community!

  Dan's food presentation is as good as his tasty preparations. The menu is extensive.
