- SMSteve MitchellJul 30, 20252.0The service here could definitely be improved. Staff interactions felt abrupt and unfriendly, and there was little sense of urgency in preparing orders. We visited around lunchtime yesterday, and while it was understandably busy, the employees were moving very slowly and the location appeared to be severely short-staffed. Hoping for a better experience, we came earlier today to avoid the lunch rush, but it seemed they were focused on a catering order. We weren’t acknowledged for 5–10 minutes, and when someone finally addressed us, it was with a curt, “What do you want?” A little friendliness would go a long way—and ideally, both friendly and fast service would make this fast food experience more enjoyable. To top it off, the soda machine dispensed drinks with black flakes in them. When I mentioned it, an employee told me it was just because the machine is old. That’s not reassuring from a cleanliness or maintenance standpoint.
