    Wow McDonald's your reply to my complaint made all difference. Fyi Arby's roast beef 4 for 10. Quarter pounder w/ cheese deluxe (lettuce tomato pickles) meal (cold fries at noon) 4 chicken strips 19.95. !!!!!???? I could have went to red lobster for less then that.

    Was there around 3:15 pm yesterday. I asked for a large coke and a cheeseburger. I was handed a small coke so I questioned the drive through lady, no apologies, she looked at me with frustration saying, "well you paid for a small coke." Her exact words asking me in an annoyed tone to pull ahead to wait for a large coke? Not acceptable. My cheeseburger was slopped together too. Not acceptable. It wasn't even busy during that time. Please retrain for quality and friendliness. I understand we all have bad days, but don't take it out on the customer please. I'll give it another try another day as I believe in an opportunity to make it right,

    Used the Drive-Thru and while the service was excellent, fries again were cold. This is like the 3rd time in a row. While the Main Course was hot, my side (🍟) wasn't and that takes away from the experience for me. I'm seeing this at other similar competitive restaurants as well and perhaps I'll just go back to Sandwich only from now on.
