The gentleman says ok, picks up the ticket and says it’s coming. At 640p I’m like wait a minute. They literally have the tickets cleared and the online orders are just sitting on the shelf. I just saw him pick it up. So I go back to him and asked, hey, I thought it was coming. He just looks at me as if I’m not speaking English, the same language we spoke in. I said enough is enough. Everyone in the restaurant is eating now, even the customers that stood in queue at the kiosk. So I cancelled my order. I will not come back to this location. Clearly my money doesn’t make me a customer so I won’t waste my time again. So many other burger joints to patronize. Don’t spend money where you’re not valued
