The service is absolutely atrocious. I’ve been here a few times and have not had a good experience. One time waited in pickup for 30 minutes and our order ended up not being correct. Tonight waited inside for 30 minutes and all the staff were not on the same page and the people were moving at snail speed. How do you not have chips or tacos ready? And all the food looked old and stale on the line. My burrito was so poorly wrapped that it fell apart immediately. The tacos we got were so loaded and messy you couldn’t even eat them as tacos. They need better training/management and ASAP. I was so excited for this chipotle to open in our neighborhood but now I think I might just take the extra drive to a different one from now on. Also, it was built too small, had to park in the neighboring Aldi and you’re basically on top of people that are eating while waiting in line.

Stopped at the Oakdale location last night. It was not too busy but the restaurant was a mess the trash was over flowing, every table needed to be wiped down there was food debris everywhere. I was going to leave and should have but instead I ordered tacos. They were out of alot of items and so the wait was extended due to the need to replenish items. There was piles of empty containers everywhere and the preparation counters as well as the area by the register was covered in food. By the time I ate my food it was ice cold. I ate one taco and threw the rest away. Definitely not the standard of other stores.

There was a general lack of care or concern for customer service at this location. The back of house was quite messy, they were out of ingredients yet many employees were standing around, on their phones etc. There was confusion over what makes up a kids meal and it ended up being awkward and embarrassing for me as the customer to witness the check out person yelling at the guy on the line who made the meal incorrectly. There was zero greetings when we entered or smiling or thanking us for coming in. I think this spot is a great place for a chipotle, but do hope for some good leadership and training of staff to see and appreciate customers and to keep an orderly workspace. I did provide feedback on the website and was disappointed with the pat customer service response, which gives me little hope of change.
The first time I went, there was only one worker doing the chain with the rest in the back talking. I was behind 2 people but it took so long with only one person handling the orders, the line behind me got long. I went in recently and there is still only one person doing the chain but that might be because I was the only one there. However they always have something out of stock like pico or lettuce that they don’t refill until requested. Same for their fruit drinks, all empty and not refilled. They don’t clean the tables by the drinks or take out the trashes. So all the trash bins are full with paper straws wrappers everywhere. Overall lazy and trashy.

This was my second time at this location, and it was just as disappointing as the first. The meat was poorly seasoned on my first visit, and this time the service was even worse.
I arrived at 1:45 PM and didn’t leave until 2:12PM, despite only about six people being ahead of me. Service was extremely slow with no clear reason, especially with at least seven employees working.
One employee (blond, curly-ish hair) appeared completely distracted and unprofessional. He was looking out the window, then proceeded to switch my husband’s bowl with mine even though I was in front, causing confusion when adding toppings. He also continued to engage with a group of his friends who came in, at one point pulling out a Nerf gun and shooting it and playing around with them while still handling customers’ food. He did not change his gloves during this time, which is unacceptable in a food service setting. The customer behind me asked him to change his gloves.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor attention to detail, and slow service were unacceptable. Staff clearly need more training, and there should be a manager actively present to ensure basic standards are being met. I would rather drive further for a different location than this. Disappointing
