  Food was fine. This review is for the horrible staff that left a trainee to do way too much on his own. It had to be his first or 2nd day. He was so sweet. He clearly seemed a bit over his head. 3 of the cold sides were running out and he yelled he needed more. He was laughed at by 2 employees who then said “you’re supposed to get the cold ones on your own.” Him being a literal trainee had no idea. But he grabbed them. Whole this is happening another employee was literally making burritos for his friends. He jumped over my food to continue making his. The trainee was trying to get all the cold sides replaced and this guy is in the way making his friends burrito. He shouts to his friend “want cheese on it?” .. I was absolutely shocked. How do you not stop and help your brand new employee? The trainee did amazing honestly. He was pretty much on his own as the line grew all the way to the door. When the burrito making guy came back he then told the trainee what he’s supposed to do to replace the cold sides while the kid is trying to finish 3 orders. He was so respectful to his coworkers. So kind to me and the customers behind me. Only reason I’ve giving even 2 stars is because of him. He gets an A for his effort. I never mind waiting longer for employees training. But I do mind when trainees are treated so poorly, laughed at and ignored. I’m sorry to that young man. I hope his day got better.

  The workers are so so nice! If the food was better I would come back just because of how nice they all were. The chicken was virtually flavorless, the rice has wayyy too much cilantro, and the queso just seemed bland too. I’m not sure if it was an off day or if this is normal, but I won’t spend my money on it again.

  This is my second time using the app and ordering ahead of time. Both times my food has not been ready at the time it should have and I end up waiting OVER 30 mins past my time. There is no way to cancel or get a refund either. When you use your automated customer service they end your chat when you tell them about the terrible service.

  Had a pick up order for 8:10 and we showed up after that time. Not a single order was made we sat around for over 30 minutes waiting for them. They would stop making the food half way through and just walk off or start joking around with each other and wouldn’t start making the food again until I asked them too. And it was not busy at all just pure laziness. No napkins and the dining area was a mess. And to top it all off they messed up almost all the orders.

  Today I visited the Chipotle's in Stillwater Wisconsin. Mind you I was extremely hungry so I decided to stop and dine in. Upon entering I noticed every and I mean every table was full of food and the dining room floor was beyond nasty 🤮. I was extremely hungry so I think to myself possibly someone was going to come out and clean the dining area. My order was taken and not only was the dining room nasty and you could tell they haven't cleaned the whole shift but there work stations were just as nasty 🤮. Food everywhere and you could tell nobody wanted to work and they were just throwing off rders together. I asked the young lady was it possible could someone clean a table so I could eat at a clean table. She tells me would I care for a napkin to clean a table myself. When I got to the register I ordered two of the same thing and two sodas. It was two of us dining. She rang up only one soda. The cashier gives me one cup. When I told her I asked for two very badly she tells me oh I didn't hear you. You could tell she was very disappointed and simply was not paying attention. The service and the dinning area was terrible. I will never again patronize this Chipotle again. I took pictures I wish I could post the pictures. Never again.
