  Our mobile order was 45 minutes late, two of our entrees were made incorrectly, the restaurant was dirty and out of the basics (for example drink lids) and the employees were rude.

  All young people tonight. As someone who started in food at 15 I have to say I see these people working their butts off. I’m incredibly impressed with how I was treated tonight and I wish I could pay your team millions. Many hugs and safe cheers to the new year. Thank you to the young man who made sure I had chips. I swear that wasn’t all. Very pleasant team. I just moved here from Cottage Grove and I see a major difference. In a great way. Continue to do great things. It will pay off.

  Absolutely disgusting. Not to be a Karen or anything but this was genuinely gross. The whole kitchen in the back was messy and so were the lines. The employees were the rudest. The lobby was the most disgusting part. Countless spills on the grounds and doesn’t look like it’s been swept in weeks. The drink station was gross and so were the tables, not a single one clean. I always walk into a chipotle with low expectations but this was bizarre.

  Went to chipolte because I wanted a steak bowl got there stood in line for 10 minutes at 1130 a.m. normal time but when I got to the front I noticed no black beans...bummer but ok ill have brown beans then they put a cover on the sour cream...really I asked maybe they were just getting some more...nope we are out says the girl...goodbye I said I can't believe that at 1130 in the morning your already out of ingredients as if you should run out at all. Bad service I'd say so I left no bowl

  Never coming to this chipotle again. I was just here a few days ago and it was a really good experience. However, the men that helped me today were awful. During training for Chipotle the videos say “the most we get with our customers is 4 seconds so you really need to make a good impression in those 4 seconds.” They did the exact opposite. And it says if you’re annoyed still smile and make eye contact, DON’T SHOW YOU'RE ANNOYED. I’m not the type to leave bad reviews and be a Karen, but this just really upset me. I came in and was on the phone with my roommate to get her something as well. Yes I should’ve gotten the order from her ahead of time, but she wasn’t answering my texts so I had to call her. The store wasn’t busy at all so there was no reason for the workers to be in a rush. It started when I ordered plain white rice because I don’t like cilantro and apparently that was the end of the world, the cook was noticeably upset even though the rice was already prepared and it took him 2 seconds to scoop into my bowl. Then my roommate was taking a little longer to tell me what she wanted but it wasn’t like I was standing there for more than 2 minutes waiting for her to tell me what she wants. The guy on line rolled his eyes at me and was giving the cashier a look of “Really? Can she hurry up!” When he thought I wasn’t looking at him. He was noticeably annoyed. Keep in mind, there was LITERALLY NO ONE BEHIND ME. Then he proceeded to make snarky remarks like “you should’ve already known what they wanted before you ordered,” and “I just need to know what you want on the bowl.” What does it literally look what I’m doing? Figuring out what she wants on her bowl. While saying these things, he was tapping his fingers aggressively and was noticeably pissed off. I’m sorry you’re having a bad day, but that does not mean you need to make everyone else around you have one too. Learn to have some patience. The entire interaction with me took literally less than a minute. There was no need to be so rude, you weren’t in a rush, there was no one behind me in line. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to use customer service. I know Chipotle takes these things very seriously, maybe this store doesn’t. But customer service is very important to Chipotle as a company or any food chain. The guy was like 40, he should how to be a decent human being by now. The other two were like 20-30 so I think they should have it figured out by now too.
