I drove 25 min and arrived at 9:06pm for them to tell me that they were closed and they couldn't help me. When I expressed that I called to verify before driving they said it was slow so they closed early.

The last 2 times we've ordered cheese curds they are way over cooked with no cheese, just a burnt shell. The blizzards are always lacking candy pieces but tonight when I ordered a peppermint bark blizzard there were no candy pieces...just an expensive cup of vanilla ice cream.

Most will correct the mistake but a few employees there will argue with you and ask you to prove that the order is incorrect. Very unprofessional even for a teenager. Have not been impressed lately and I’ve been going to this DQ since early 2000s
