  Ordered at the counter, even though there was other people inline I didn't expect it to take 20 mins, and then the order was wrong on both drinks. I ordered a XL hot turtle mocha, milk chocolate, I received dark chocolate. My partner ordered a caramel high rise and received a vanilla latte. Not like I am going to have them remake it when it took this link to get the first ones, since we were already late for work. Maybe I am just grumpy since I have to drink this extra bitter extra large coffee

  Great location. Enjoyed hearing Caribou staff greet customers and regulars by name.

  Friendly and quick. Drinks were made well. Not as tidy and several items were out at the side counter. There were no napkins, staws, stir sticks had to get get someone's attention working behind the counter.
