  Terrible location. Today’s visit was a (try again maybe last time was a fluke) but it was worse than our last trip. They changed the order process and didn’t provide any signage. Many people seemed lost and confused going in the wrong side to order. We ordered two western sandwiches and a bagel with cream cheese. The order took 20 minutes to complete, came on the wrong bagel, and the bagel with cream cheese was not toasted. What I assume was a manager was on his phone in the way of the workers and not helping when customers were clearly frustrated. They ran out of coffee and had no backup prepared. The atmosphere has declined, the walls are dirty, the counter is chipped and aging, and they no longer have recycling available. We spent $34 on a slow and incorrect meal. Nothing but regrets today on choosing this location.

  Delivery order was supposed to be picked up at 6am. Didn’t get order until 6:40am. Ended up losing my next order since that order was so late. Didn’t even rush until I came inside telling them how late they were. When I called at 6:05, I was told it would only be a few minutes. Then when I come inside they’re just standing there talking. I’ll never accept a delivery order from this location again

  The bagel sandwiches were great but the service was disinterested and the atmosphere of their dining area was abysmal. They are connected to a Caribou, so we tried sitting over there but they had a shot-gun style seating area and the coffee machines were so loud we could barely talk.

  Birthday tradition, bring bagels, cream cheese and coffee into work. The bagles were ok, nothing great, they don't have as many cream cheese spreads. The coffee was the really annoying part, they only filled up the very expensive coffee container half full. I was half way out before I noticed this. I will think twice before I go back.

  I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. This kind embrace from the employee continued as they took my order. I am a bit of a picky eater, yet they managed to get my order perfect! Great customer service, positive and welcoming environment, and great sandwich craftsmanship!
