- NDNick Dow1 day ago1.0At least train your employees before putting them on the microphone. Parked at speaker 1 for almost 5 mins no answer while 4 vehicles pulled through lane 2. ( normally wouldn’t care but I was in a hurry, thats why I chose McDonald’s). Had to drive around the building an go to lane 2 for service. Which she picked up immediately! (Thank god I don’t have to starve, and she honestly saved you from a 0 star review). Just train your employees rather than just shoving them on the mic with no experience. It’s not the high schoolers fault rather the owner and managers fault for obviously not doing their jobs. Maybe check on your staff once in a while.
