I sat waiting for my pizza and watched a male employee with hair down to his butt grab his hair with no gloves on and put his hair in a pony rub his hands thru hair long hair a couple times then proceed to grab a crust and start throwing the fixings on the pizza. No gloves. Totally unsantiary... told the guy cutting the pizzas and he just said really? And continued doing his job. That is how northbranch handles business. Gross! Just gross!

The night was rainy and several kids out on the street and we are in a confusing area if not used to it the driver was off by one block. However he picked up the phone and called and asked all the right questions to get him on the right track. He must have told the manager because I had an apology email. I was very impressed the driver used the phone and had great customer service. It is not always an easy job but this driver knew exactly what to do and made it right. And we will be ordering again. Great job to the entire staff.
