Employees stand and talk in the back while 1 person works the line slow. Compared to the other 10 chipotles I’ve tried it’s near the bottom. It’s no mystery why this place is struggling. There’s demand, they just can’t fill it with the poor operational practices. I truly hope it improves.

They didn’t put anything on my tacos. They were extremely dry. I asked for multiple different ingredients and never got them. I got chicken instead of steak and I got no chips and no guacamole. I paid $21. I literally had to call up the customer service to get my refund and that took one hour. This is ridiculous. Staff need more training.
