  Ordered ahead for pickup, food wasn’t ready until 20 minutes AFTER the pickup time (meanwhile, customers came in the store, ordered food, and were served while I waited…)

  There was multiple staff on their phone they were out of cheese and let us do you know it at 9:15 keep in mind they close there was zero sign in indicating that I would completely understand if they run out because that happens, but at least put a sign up so people know or let them know before they order the gentleman help us it’s very rude and unbelievable don’t know how they could manage it this is ridiculous and should not be tolerated. I hate writing bad reviews, but I have to because it’s just horrible. God bless.

  2.27.2025 - Online order; ordered a steak burrito, and this is what they made. Also ordered 2 chicken burrito bowls that were missing ordered items such as cheese and veggies. How about notifying customers you are out of items before making orders?

  No one greeted me when I went in for my pickup order, the floors weren't clean and my chips were soggy. I was already miles down the road when I realized.
